For 2 people:
Prep time : 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
- 50 ml of fat-free milk
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 5 drops of caramel flavor
- 1.5 tbs fat-free cocoa powder (i.e. Van Houten or from health food store)
- 1 tbs Hermestas (or to taste)
- 2 egg yolks
Bring the milk, cinnamon and vanilla to a boil.
Add the cocoa and the Hermestas, mixing well
Beat the eggs and add to the cooled milk/chocolate mix
Pour into individual baking cupsPlace the cups into a large baking pan and add hot water so that it reaches the level of the custard in the pots
Cook in the oven for 15 mins at 180°C (350°F)
