Ingredients :
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 large eggs
- 25 cl non fat milk
- 2 tbl corn starch
- salt, pepper, garlic
- Heat oven to 210°C (410°F)
- Slice the zucchini thinly and sautée in a pan for 5 minutes. drain
- Beat the eggs and the starch in a bowl, add the milk
- Add salt and pepper and press garlic into mixture
- Put the vegetables in an oven proof dish, pour mixture over
- cook for 20- 25 min until the top is slightly browned
